Joanna Fruhauf, my bio

Joanna Fruhauf: Author & Speaker

I get excited by the Word of God and His power to transform lives. It's time to create a wonderful event for your women. Let's explore the purpose and possibilities together for your gathering!

Joanna Fruhauf became a believer in Jesus Christ at just 11 years old in 1974. Reflecting on her early faith, she describes it as “the faith of a child.” However, like many, she faced the youthful pressures, pitfalls, and struggles that accompany growing up, including moments of rebellion and identity crises. Ultimately, it was in her deepest desperation that she turned back to Christ, finding hope and purpose in her faith.

With over 30 years of experience as a Biblical teacher and 20 years as a worship leader, Joanna has dedicated her life to ministry. She also led the Gracious Vine band for 15 years, sharing the joy of music and worship with countless individuals.

As president of Gracious Vine Ministry, Joanna’s passion is to encourage, equip, and engage women in God’s plans. She inspires women to make meaningful changes in their lives, urging them to submit to God’s authority and embrace the love and forgiveness found in Jesus.

Joanna has had the privilege of ministering to thousands through her music and messages, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in impactful ways. She is the author of nearly a dozen books and has recorded three CDs, each reflecting her commitment to spreading God’s word.

Her diverse experiences include serving the body of Christ in various roles, both as staff and volunteer, at numerous local, national, and international non-profit organizations. These opportunities have equipped her with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by women and families today.

Now, Joanna travels with her husband, John, with whom she has shared nearly 40 years of marriage. They enjoy life together, along with their three adult children, as they continue to serve and inspire others through their faith.
